At Ajmal, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original, sealed packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
